Hi there, My name is Jennifer and I wanted to share my experience with anyone who is considering or looking for a personal trainer. I originally hired Jerson in March to begin working out with my Fiance, but after seeing the results in my guy after only a couple of weeks, I had to try Jerson’s workouts for myself. I have only been working with Jerson for 4 Months, but already I have lost inches and feel stronger then ever. Jerson has changed my life in so many ways. I started working with Jerson about two years ago after I had my second child. I began by attending his Amped Class (TTH) at The Bay Club Marin and then became a fan of his smaller Hard Bodies class (MWF). I will never forget my first hour in Amped when I was in the back row about to fall down and give up. Having two young kids was workout enough for me! With Jerson’s support, fun attitude and incredible knowledge about exercise I continued to get stronger and build my endurance. I now workout four to five days a week with a fabulous group of women. I enjoy my spot in the front row, a place I never thought I would be. This hour gives me a great workout, laughs with friends and empowerment from the best trainer in Marin, Jerson! My hours are never wasted when spent with this inspirational and talented trainer. The bonus of all of this is I am a better Mom and feel fantastic every hour of every day. I have been working out with Jerson approximately 4 days a week for almost 5 years now. When I started I was in pretty good shape but I had hit a plateau and could not seem to tone my body any more. I had been pregnant with twins and on bed rest for 3 months. This caused my body to become severely out of shape. Fast forward now 5 years and my body has had huge changes. I am now toned in spots on my body that I never was before and I swear that my butt has lifted a few inches. His classes are more than a work out for me however. They are my daily meditation. I LOVE Jerson!

When I started working out with Jerson I was a gym newbie. I had always run and taken yoga and Pilates classes to stay fit and keep my weight down. After my second child was born I knew I needed to step it up and do something different to get my body back to where it should be.

I started working out with Jerson two years ago in his Hard Body class. I was one of the first people to join his class and commit to coming on a regular basis. Mind you, I had barely done a squat, lunge, or bicep curl in my whole life, let alone do a push up. In fact, Jerson had to demonstrate what a burpee was for me.

After the first week, despite the intense pain, I was hooked. I could feel and see my body transforming before my eyes. My arms had muscles I never knew existed, and my legs and butt were much tighter than I thought possible.

I stuck with Jerson and committed to three days a week. The results are incredible. I not only look different, but I feel amazing. I have much more energy than I did before, and I am stronger than ever. I can honestly say, my upper body is stronger than it was in high school when I was a track and cross country athlete. I can also do as many push ups as he dishes out, and am pretty solid on burpees as well.

Jerson has a way to make every work out fun. Just at the moment when I think I might die he changes it up he he switches to something new. No two workouts are the same and the pace is always energetic and upbeat. It is a true testament that I come back again and again and have done so for more than two years.

I have become so hooked that I now work out with Jerson 5 days a week most weeks. His style is truly addicting, and I can’t imagine any other type of workout that would give me the same results in as little time. – Annie Riedel

I am 40 years old and have two kids. I have always been active and considered myself to be lean and fit. After having kids it became more difficult to get regular workouts. My muscles disappeared and I was feeling flabby and weak. Jerson and I met in June. I had ruptured my ACL and let my fitness slide. I was scared of re-injury. I also had gained 30 pounds. Jerson listened carefully to my goals. After training twice a week for one year, I felt very fit and strong. I had already lost some weight, and Jerson helped me with diet and nutrition. One year later I had lost those 30 pounds. I got introduced to Jerson’s AMPED class after seeing all these women leave his class dripping sweat and I was like “I need to start taking that class.”  After one class – I was hooked.  After having my third baby and trying to lose those last 10lbs was really hard but after starting his AMPED classes, I was seeing results both in losing weight as well as getting stronger within a month.  After seeing how well his AMPED class was working for my body – I couldn’t pass up a free trial of a HARD BODY class.  I, again, was hooked (or more like addicted).  I started off 2013 with a goal of taking a Jerson class 5 days a week.  That really took up my fitness to a whole new level.  Jerson’s classes are so challenging but he has a way of making them fun.  He has a perfect way of motivating the class.  The energy and music are always so upbeat and positive.  He always makes me feel as though I have gotten such a well rounded workout.  I have since reached a weight that I feel good about but what makes me feel even better is how strong, athletic and healthy I feel.  My whole life I have been a very active person – it’s just what I like to do however, I have never found an instructor that is as fantastic as Jerson. – Allison

I am a dancer that has been athletic and physically fit my whole life, training as a martial artist and then as a classical Ballet dancer. Recently to stay fit and athletic I have been taking Jerson’s Fitness training class about twice or three times a week. His workouts are fantastic for covering every muscle in your body. It is important to do a full body and high intensity workout to stay in top shape.
